Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

At AMORRO we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect through amorrovinos.com, what we use it for, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it, in line with the GDPR and applicable Spanish law.

Who's responsible for your data?

UNIKE WINES & SPIRITS, SL (tax ID B87812848), trading as AMORRO, with registered address at C/ López de Hoyos, 147, 28002 Madrid, Spain, decides how your personal data is used when you interact with amorrovinos.com. You can reach us at hola@amorrovinos.com for anything related to your data.

What data do we collect, and why?

Contact form: if you write to us, we collect your name, email and message so we can reply. Legal basis: necessary to handle your request (our legitimate interest in responding to you).

Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your email to send you updates like "Wines of the Week", upcoming tastings and news from the Espacio AMORRO. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Service forms (tastings, team building, distribution, space rental, etc.): once these forms are live, we'll collect the details needed to put together a quote for you (e.g. company, number of guests, date, comments).

Shop purchases (once available): order, shipping and payment details, needed to process your purchase.

Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider logs basic technical data (such as your IP address) for security and to keep the service running. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies — see our Cookie Policy for details.

Who do we share your data with?

We don't sell your data to anyone. We only share it with providers who help us run amorrovinos.com, acting as processors under our instructions: Vercel, which hosts this website; Supabase, where we securely store the data we collect; and Resend, which sends transactional emails (confirmations, for example).

Once the newsletter and online shop are live, Mailchimp (for the newsletter) and Stripe and/or Redsys (for payments) will join this list. We'll update this policy as soon as those are actually up and running.

Is your data transferred outside the EU?

Some of our providers (such as Vercel) may process data on servers outside the European Union. When that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it for: contact messages, for as long as our conversation lasts plus a reasonable time afterwards in case you need to pick it back up; your newsletter email, until you unsubscribe; and order data, for as long as tax and commercial regulations require.

What rights do you have?

You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our processing it, or request a portable copy. Just write to hola@amorrovinos.com. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Minors

amorrovinos.com isn't directed at minors, especially anything related to selling or promoting wine. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site evolves (for example, when the shop or newsletter go live). We'll always show the last-updated date at the top of this page.
